Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition(GAIN)

BOOX Community assisted Jesnoch International contracted by Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition-GAIN to conduct an Organizational Capacity Assessment for Poultry Association of Nigeria (PAN) and NEEDS Assessment for the Home Grown School Feeding Program (HGSFP) in Kebbi, Kaduna and FCT. We carried out this assignment between March-May 2022.

• Co-developed the NEEDS Assessment tool for the HGSFP
• Digitized the NEEDS Assessment tool to be electronically administered to the HGSFP stakeholders
• Conducted key informant interviews for stakeholders in the program in the 3 States.
• Co-administered the Organizational Assessment Tool (OCAT) to the PAN Executives in the 3 States
• Provided support in drafting the report for the study submitted to GAIN.
